However, the Educated-look is more “put together”

Time periods publicized as “Awareness --insert cause here--Month” normally launch me into an inner-conversation about my personal involvement.  Right now, solidly into October, I find myself wondering if the message of Breast Cancer Awareness is really sinking in to the people around me.

People spend time styling themselves to appear sympathetic, but forget that awareness implies learning.  These movements encourage us to think about an issue in order to do something to protect ourselves.

To get this country healthy, individuals must be responsible for knowing how to be fit and healthy.  By helping your body run properly, you can accomplish goals in all areas of your life.  While Red Bull gives you wings, natural energy gives you inner strength.

I completely overhauled a few small habits recently and noticed BIG changes.   Here are some things I like:

-- B vitamins: B’s help various types of cells convert food into energy so they can properly perform their respective jobs.  The spectrum of B vitamins is vast, but several have been shown to aid in cancer prevention.

-- IP-6: A friend recently recommended this supplement to me in order to increase my natural immunity.  It helps boost the number of natural killer cells in the body.  I have recovered from a cold very quickly without having to take any days off from work.

-- Water: I keep a water bottle with me most days.  Drinking water throughout the day makes my mind fire better, especially if I’ve been hitting the coffee too hard.

-- Exercising 5 or 6 days a week: Yoga is a great way to de-stress and unwind if you aren’t feeling up to pounding the pavement.

--Reading one web article or book chapter a day that challenges my pre-established opinions.

Believe me, I know some days provide enough of a challenge: getting up, eating breakfast, dressing, etc. But, if you invest a small amount of time to learn about improving your personal health and wellness, every step grows easier thanks to natural energy.

Right on. IP-6 is amazing.

Have you heard of the supplement called the Immune Formulation? My wife introduced it to me about a year ago. Its been extremely helpful to my getting healthy after a few rounds of chemo.

It can be used by anyone wanting to reduce their risk of incurring cancer and by post-chemo patients for rebuilding your bodies defenses.

I also like it because takes a lot of the guess work out of dosages and is all natural.
